George Galloway comes to Oldham

DEFEND PUBLIC SERVICES - NO TO RACIAL DIVISION

Hear George Galloway and special guests

2.00pm, Sunday 14th NovemberPakistani Community Centre, Marlborough Street. Glodwick, Oldham, OL4 1EG - All welcome

Phil Woolas has been found guilty by a court of telling lies about his Lib-Dem opponent in the General Election. Woolas’ grubby attempts to stir up racial tension can only weaken us all in the face of the terrible ConDem onslaught on our public services.

Holyrood could be calling me home

Former Labour MP Phil Woolas, unhorsed by an election court last week in the first such defenestration in 100 years, was a friend of mine.

Twenty five years ago he worked for me, like Wendy Alexander, UK cabinet minister John Denham and many others who made it big in politics.

He is one of the most talented politicians I've ever met.

He's been convicted of lying about his opponent. In an election. Hmmm. And not just any opponent but the Liberal Democrats, the most duplicitous, hypocritical electioneers in political history. Ask any Tory, Nationalist or Labour campaigner.
